A cybersecurity company is hiring a senior researcher to develop AI-driven protections for attacks targeting LLMs, AI applications, and autonomous agents. The role spans research, model development, evaluation, and scalable production deployment.
Responsabilidades
- Lead hands-on AI research and development for cybersecurity capabilities.
- Develop AI-driven protections against emerging threats targeting AI agents.
- Fine-tune, adapt, evaluate, and optimize open-source LLMs, embedding models, and classifiers.
- Convert research concepts into reliable production capabilities with strong accuracy, low latency, and long-term robustness.
- Collaborate with research, engineering, product, and field teams to integrate capabilities into security products.
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, NLP, deep learning, or production machine learning systems.
- Strong experience with LLMs, transformer-based models, embedding models, and text classification.
- Demonstrated ability to fine-tune, evaluate, optimize, and deploy AI models in production.
- Practical experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face, Sentence Transformers, vLLM, or comparable frameworks.
- A research-oriented approach with strong execution, independence, ownership, and end-to-end leadership skills.
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in computer science, machine learning, data science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
