Responsabilidades
- Build AI agents and autonomous security systems for analyzing software, code, endpoint activity, and security signals
- Develop tooling and infrastructure for autonomous threat investigation and malware hunting across large datasets
- Design experiments, benchmarks, datasets, automated evaluations, and human-review systems for adversarial scenarios
- Build evaluation harnesses, observability, and reliability infrastructure for accurate and dependable agents
- Optimize distributed AI systems through inference optimization, orchestration, batching, caching, cost controls, and graceful degradation
- Evaluate emerging models, agent architectures, prompting methods, and research directions
- Prototype approaches across reasoning, autonomy, evaluations, and security workflows
- Partner with threat and security researchers to translate analyst expertise into AI workflows
- For senior-level scope, help define research direction and technical strategy for autonomous AI deployment
Requisitos
- Strong experience building and operating AI agents or autonomous systems in production
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, tool use, reasoning systems, retrieval, evaluations, or multi-agent orchestration
- Ability to design experiments quickly and turn research into reliable production systems
- Strong engineering skills in Python and modern AI infrastructure
- Ability to own work from research and prototyping through deployment, scaling, and reliability
- Deep familiarity with evolving AI models, techniques, architectures, and research directions
- Ability to distinguish production-ready AI capabilities from hype and apply frontier advances practically
- Collaborative approach when working with AI researchers, engineers, and security experts
Se valora
- Cybersecurity, malware analysis, vulnerability research, detection systems, or adversarial-environment experience
- Experience applying LLMs or autonomous agents to cybersecurity
- Knowledge of adversarial behavior, evasions, model failures, and evolving attack techniques
- Experience in offensive security research, penetration testing, exploit development, or threat hunting
- CTF, bug bounty, open-source security tooling, or security research experience
- Experience building large-scale AI or security benchmarks, datasets, or evaluation systems
