Join an autonomous AI research team developing conversational agents and agentic systems. You will advance NLP and deep learning research while translating new methods into production systems.
Responsabilidades
- Research novel algorithms and design deep learning architectures for NLP and conversational models
- Develop structured representations of customer goals using controlled states and real-time observations
- Design reasoning systems that coordinate AI models and large language models during conversations
- Build analytical tools to trace AI decisions across conversation data
- Evaluate model behavior using statistical and information-theoretic methods
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy research at scale
- Lead new technical ideas and initiatives
Requisitos
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field
- At least 4 years of NLP research experience using deep learning models and frameworks
- Strong theoretical knowledge of machine learning and deep learning
- Solid understanding of NLP and linguistic concepts, including coreference, natural language inference, and grammatical relations
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience applying statistics and information theory to evaluate AI models and conduct exploratory data analysis
- Experience taking AI systems from research through production
- English-language research and collaboration proficiency
