Responsabilidades
- Lead the full client journey for AI and agentic-AI opportunities, from executive discovery and presales through solution design, commercialization, and delivery oversight
- Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business executives and connect AI investment to measurable outcomes
- Originate strategic opportunities, contribute to account plans, and develop the Israeli sales pipeline
- Lead enterprise solution architecture across organizational data, AI, cloud platforms, applications, integrations, and operating models
- Design agentic-AI solutions with orchestration, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, human-in-the-loop workflows, security, observability, evaluation, and production operations
- Develop proposals, solution blueprints, value cases, and delivery approaches
- Manage the transition from presales to delivery, including scope, estimates, milestones, responsibilities, and expectations
- Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams and manage dependencies, risks, milestones, and senior client communications
- Define quality, business outcome, adoption, reliability, safety, cost, and responsible-AI measures
- Advise clients on data readiness, platform selection, governance, security, privacy, and change adoption
- Create reusable reference architectures, accelerators, and solution patterns
- Represent AI and engineering capabilities in executive workshops, client forums, industry events, and thought leadership
Requisitos
- 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise solution architecture, systems integration, or technology-led professional services
- Proven experience leading complex presales and solution-design processes, including proposals and senior stakeholder presentations
- Ability to build credibility with C-suite and senior technology leaders and translate business priorities into technology roadmaps and investment cases
- Strong enterprise architecture expertise across cloud, data platforms, APIs, integrations, security, software engineering, and enterprise applications
- Practical knowledge of generative AI and agentic systems, including LLM applications, retrieval-augmented generation, orchestration, evaluation, observability, and responsible AI
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse, or comparable orchestration, tracing, evaluation, and monitoring platforms
- Experience leading complex technology programs, including team leadership, governance, planning, budgeting, risk management, and delivery assurance
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to shape delivery models, qualify opportunities, and support deal closing
- Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
Se valora
- Experience at a technology services provider, systems integrator, consulting firm, or enterprise software organization
- Experience delivering AI, data, cloud, or digital-transformation programs for large Israeli enterprises
- Familiarity with LLMOps, MLOps, AI governance, data governance, cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory requirements
- Experience working with global delivery teams or international clients
