Lead the internal AI strategy for a global financial technology organization. This newly created executive role will drive secure, measurable AI adoption across operations, engineering, knowledge management, and workforce productivity, reporting to the CEO.
Responsabilidades
- Define and continuously update the internal AI transformation strategy.
- Map cross-functional workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve operational efficiency.
- Deploy recurring autonomous workflows for activities such as reporting and monitoring.
- Build and manage a machine-readable enterprise knowledge repository for AI context engines, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and employee query systems.
- Enable business units to use AI-assisted development methods and platforms for operational workflows.
- Create a company-wide platform for building, managing, and sharing AI agents integrated with enterprise systems.
- Measure AI adoption, usage, impact, and costs across organizational platforms.
- Establish AI FinOps and make technology and economic decisions to optimize model and compute costs.
- Develop an AI acceptable-use policy with security and legal stakeholders.
- Bridge business strategy, technology infrastructure, and workforce transformation.
Requisitos
- Experience defining and executing technology or operational strategy and translating AI trends into a structured corporate roadmap.
- Strong understanding of generative AI, autonomous systems, software architecture, data engineering, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and API integrations.
- Experience in technology leadership, internal product management, platform engineering, or digital transformation.
- Ability to evaluate how autonomous agents and AI affect job functions and human-machine collaboration.
- Exceptional communication skills across research and development, legal, and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to establish methodologies in an emerging environment, demonstrate business value, and build the required team and budget.
- Proven ability to lead organization-wide transformation.
