Responsabilidades
- Lead, mentor, and develop AI researchers and computer vision engineers.
- Set technical direction, research priorities, and team roadmaps.
- Develop computer vision algorithms from concept through production.
- Evaluate academic research and adopt relevant state-of-the-art methods.
- Guide dataset definition, experimentation, model development, and performance optimization.
- Resolve complex technical challenges through hands-on technical leadership.
- Collaborate with product and research and development teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
Requisitos
- PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in deep learning and computer vision research and development.
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
- Strong expertise in Python, PyTorch, and Git.
- Experience taking AI algorithms from research into production.
- Strong research, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under tight schedules while maintaining clear plans and progress visibility.
Se valora
