Lead and mentor an AI research team developing deep learning, NLP, and agentic solutions for data security. Set research strategy, guide experimentation, and partner with Product and Engineering to move reliable solutions from exploration into production.
Responsabilidades
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AI researchers
- Set research strategy, priorities, roadmaps, and data science methodologies
- Oversee the full research lifecycle from problem framing and data strategy through evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to align research with customer and business needs
- Manage team performance, resource allocation, and delivery in an agile environment
- Develop and maintain deep learning and NLP solutions for sensitive data classification
- Design production-grade agentic workflows and evaluation pipelines
- Benchmark agent accuracy, latency, and cost
- Apply machine learning to clustering, text extraction, document analysis, and tabular data classification
- Accelerate the transition of research results into production
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience as an AI researcher, NLP researcher, or applied scientist
- Experience leading or managing AI research teams
- Track record of building and managing high-performing AI research or data science teams
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, data challenges, and model evaluation
- Expertise with large language models, prompt engineering, prompt tuning, task adaptation, retrieval-augmented generation, and production deployment
- Ability to assess and manage model safety, latency, cost, and accuracy
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and take initiative
