Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable cloud data platforms and AI-powered agentic solutions. Own technical direction, production releases, delivery timelines, and engineering team execution. The role is based in Ramat Gan, Israel, and is full-time.
Responsabilidades
- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of cloud-based systems and data services.
- Drive technical decisions, code quality, and engineering standards.
- Design and implement AI-powered features, agent-based solutions, and automated workflows.
- Integrate LLM capabilities into production systems using APIs, data platforms, and orchestration layers.
- Plan roadmaps, manage backlogs, and own delivery timelines.
- Build, deploy, release, and support production systems.
- Lead and mentor engineers across distributed teams.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and partner teams.
Requisitos
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- 4+ years of team leadership and people management experience.
- Strong experience delivering distributed, production-grade cloud systems.
- Proficiency in backend development using Java, Python, or Go.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with microservices, APIs, data platforms, and large-scale data processing.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based systems and agent-based or AI-driven solutions.
- Strong ownership, execution, communication, and cross-team leadership skills.
