Develop production software, data pipelines, and runtime systems that deploy deep learning models on resource-constrained edge devices.
Responsabilidades
- Lead feature development from design and implementation through integration, testing, and deployment
- Build machine-learning pipelines for diverse dataset creation and efficient model inference
- Design data-selection and sampling strategies for rare and critical scenarios
- Translate model weaknesses into data-curation criteria with algorithm teams
- Develop validation and diagnostics for dataset quality and training effectiveness
- Integrate neural-network models into C++ production systems, including runtime, data flow, and pre- and post-processing
- Move models from research prototypes into robust production deployments
- Optimize latency, memory usage, and throughput in resource-constrained environments
- Contribute to model conversion, profiling, and optimization workflows
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and development workflows
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field
- At least 3 years of hands-on C++ development experience
- At least 3 years of hands-on Python development experience, including NumPy and Pandas
- Experience working in Linux environments
- Interest in neural-network deployment, inference runtimes, edge devices, and performance optimization
- Ability to collaborate across algorithm, infrastructure, and product teams

- Experience with autonomous-driving datasets or perception pipelines
- Background in 3D geometry or a strong mathematical foundation
- Experience with Airflow or Argo
- Familiarity with active learning, hard-example mining, or distribution balancing
- At least 2 years of data engineering or backend experience with large-scale production data
