AllCloud is hiring a Senior Generative AI Engineer to lead the design, development, deployment, and scaling of generative AI platforms and customer solutions. The role combines hands-on engineering, architecture, experimentation, operational excellence, and technical mentorship.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the design and implementation of generative AI platform components using Python and microservices
- Drive engineering and operational best practices across AI projects
- Lead end-to-end AI development, including research, experimentation, deployment, and scaling
- Design and implement secure APIs for interaction with AI models
- Apply DevOps principles to maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance AI systems
- Analyze complex problems, define requirements, and propose AI-driven solutions
- Collaborate with technical, product, and business teams to define product vision and deliver customer value
- Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning
- Monitor generative AI technologies and introduce relevant innovations
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or software engineering
- At least 2 years of experience focused on generative AI
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning, inference, and generative AI workflows
- Expertise in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face
- Experience designing, deploying, and scaling AI platforms and microservices
- Experience with vector databases such as OpenSearch, Pinecone, or FAISS
- Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or an equivalent field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
