Lead the design, development, deployment, and scaling of generative AI platforms and solutions. The role combines hands-on engineering, technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring.
Responsabilidades
- Design and implement generative AI platform components with Python and microservices
- Lead end-to-end AI development, including research, experimentation, deployment, and scaling
- Define requirements and propose AI-driven solutions to complex problems
- Design and implement secure APIs for interacting with AI models
- Apply DevOps practices to maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance AI systems
- Collaborate with technical, product, and business teams to deliver customer value and shape product vision
- Promote engineering and operational best practices across AI projects
- Mentor engineers and support knowledge sharing and continuous learning
- Monitor emerging generative AI technologies and introduce relevant innovations
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or software engineering, including at least 2 years focused on generative AI
- Strong knowledge of large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning, inference, and generative AI workflows
- Expertise in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face
- Experience designing, deploying, and scaling AI platforms and microservices
- Familiarity with vector databases such as OpenSearch, Pinecone, or FAISS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI, data science, or an equivalent field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
