Join an AI engineering team developing production-grade agentic workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems, LLM applications, and AI agents. Lead technical engagements, integrate solutions into existing workflows, and help internal customers adopt AI effectively.
Responsabilidades
- Lead technical engagements that demonstrate AI capabilities and best practices
- Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows
- Guide users in effectively applying AI tools and platforms
- Develop and customize RAG pipelines, LLM applications, AI agents, and related solutions for customer use cases
- Evaluate solutions and maintain high reliability
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on support during onboarding and adoption
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 8 years of experience building production-grade software systems
- At least 2 years of experience building LLM-based solutions, AI agents, or AI workflows
- Experience working with customers in a technical capacity
- Strong understanding of modern AI and machine learning concepts
- Proficiency in Python
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
Se valora
- Experience with LLMs, RAG systems, or AI agents
- Background in solutions engineering, customer engineering, or technical consulting
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and evaluation methods
- Ability to prototype quickly and adapt solutions to new use cases
- Product thinking and a user-centric perspective
- Experience creating demonstrations, proofs of concept, or technical workshops
