Lead a global, multi-site organization responsible for an end-to-end NPU AI software stack spanning host SDKs, runtimes, APIs, drivers, embedded firmware, automation, and releases.
Responsabilidades
- Build and lead a global AI Software SDK development organization, including teams in Israel, other locations, and overseas subcontractors.
- Own the NPU AI software stack across host SDKs, runtimes, APIs, Linux and Android UMD/KMD drivers, and NPU firmware.
- Deliver high-quality AI software SDK products on schedule and to performance targets while working across functions and with customers.
- Lead the automation and release team and establish a fully automated CI and release process.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers and team leaders.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of software management experience, including management of team leaders or multiple teams.
- At least 10 years of hands-on software engineering experience with strong C/C++.
- Deep embedded and low-level experience with firmware, drivers, and RTOS.
- Strong understanding of Linux UMD/KMD drivers, Android, system-level software, and complex SDK delivery.
- Experience with automated CI/CD and software release processes.
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams and subcontractors and working directly with customers.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, execution, and English-language skills.

- Experience with NPU, AI accelerator, or DSP software stacks.
- Experience with TVM, MLIR, IREE, TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, or TFLite.
- Experience bringing up drivers and Android HALs for hardware accelerators or custom silicon.
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
