Join a central AI team developing and deploying production AI and GenAI solutions, LLM-based systems, and shared infrastructure for development teams in a secure, high-scale environment.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and deploy LLM-based AI and GenAI solutions from prototype through production.
- Build scalable distributed backend services and agentic workflows, including with frameworks such as LangGraph.
- Develop RAG workflows, embeddings, and inference pipelines.
- Design microservices, event-driven, and cloud-native architectures with autoscaling.
- Build shared AI infrastructure and services for organizational development teams.
- Implement observability, CI/CD, and AI SDLC practices.
- Address reliability challenges including rate limiting, queues, backpressure, and dead-letter queues.
- Evaluate and integrate capabilities such as LLM evaluation, LLM-as-a-Judge, MCP, and A2A.
- Work within stringent security, governance, and compliance requirements.
Requisitos
- At least 8 years of production software development experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with Python and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Strong Python experience, including asyncio, concurrency, and Pydantic.
- At least 3 years of experience with cloud-native AWS environments, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services such as S3 and Lambda.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, observability, messaging, and data streaming technologies such as Kafka or SQS.
- At least 4 years of experience designing microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience designing high-load systems and handling traffic spikes and failures.
- Experience designing and developing REST or GraphQL APIs.
