Build and scale the core AI platform, agent infrastructure, and developer tooling used by engineering teams to deliver production AI applications.
Responsabilidades
- Build and evolve the AI platform, agent runtimes, and developer tools using TypeScript, Python, and AI frameworks.
- Take platform initiatives from research and architectural planning through implementation, deployment, and production monitoring.
- Develop standardized tools, APIs, and infrastructure that help engineers build AI applications securely and reliably.
- Design event-driven systems for high load and reliability, with tracing, structured logging, and observability.
- Manage and automate cloud infrastructure, container environments, and CI/CD pipelines for AI workflows.
- Promote clean architecture and engineering practices, collaborating across teams to deliver business impact.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of production software engineering experience as a senior backend or platform engineer.
- Experience building and operating software at scale, diagnosing production issues, and addressing performance bottlenecks.
- Production coding experience with TypeScript and NestJS and/or Python.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Docker, and Terraform, and with microservices.
- Knowledge of event-driven systems, clean abstractions, Domain-Driven Design, and maintainable software architecture.
- Experience implementing logging, tracing, metrics, and production observability.
- Ability to research ambiguous problems, plan an architecture, and deliver initiatives end to end.
