Join an AI engineering team in Tel Aviv to design foundational platform capabilities, production-grade agentic systems, and shared AI services for multiple products and engineering teams.
Responsabilidades
- Design and build reusable AI platform capabilities for multiple products.
- Architect and implement agentic systems, including multi-agent workflows, tool orchestration, memory, and planning.
- Develop internal AI platforms, developer tools, autonomous engineering workflows, and shared AI services.
- Research, evaluate, and integrate emerging AI models, frameworks, and developer tools.
- Collaborate with Data Science teams to productionize research.
- Design end-to-end AI architectures covering ingestion, retrieval, orchestration, model integration, and deployment.
- Build and operate cloud-native production AI services.
- Improve AI system reliability, scalability, and observability.
- Define engineering standards, reusable patterns, and best practices.
- Lead technical proofs of concept and promote adoption of innovative AI technologies.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership on complex AI initiatives.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of backend software engineering experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience building production AI systems.
- Strong Python development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native production deployments.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and modern software delivery practices.
- Strong knowledge of large language models, prompting, reasoning techniques, structured outputs, tool calling, and retrieval architectures.
- Experience designing end-to-end AI systems from data ingestion and orchestration through production deployment.
- Experience designing AI agents, agentic workflows, or AI automation systems.
- Experience working with Data Science or Machine Learning teams.
- Strong software architecture and distributed systems design skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.

- Experience with vector databases, graph databases, or modern AI data platforms.
- Experience with LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
- Experience evaluating and integrating emerging AI technologies into production systems.
