Build and scale infrastructure that helps AI workloads start quickly and run efficiently. Develop backend services, APIs, and libraries using Python, Go, Kubernetes, and distributed systems, while contributing to an open-source project.
Responsabilidades
- Develop scalable services, APIs, and libraries for managing and loading AI models and data
- Integrate cloud infrastructure, storage, and AI frameworks in Kubernetes environments
- Guide the technical direction of an open-source project, review contributions, and coordinate releases
- Deliver features from design through production
- Improve performance and reliability through testing, monitoring, and benchmarking
- Contribute to technical decisions and share knowledge with engineering and product teams
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience developing backend services, infrastructure, or developer tools
- Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or another relevant programming language
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, and Linux
- Understanding of distributed systems, compute, networking, and storage
- Experience delivering and supporting reliable production software
- Regular use of AI tools for design, coding, testing, and debugging, with careful evaluation of generated output
- Ability to investigate problems, explain technical tradeoffs, and collaborate across teams
Se valora
- Experience with AI model loading, inference, PyTorch, vLLM, or SGLang
- Experience with cloud storage, caching, or performance optimization
- Experience maintaining open-source projects or building libraries and SDKs
- Familiarity with C++ or GPU computing
