Build and ship AI agents, workflows, and prototypes that help teams across a cybersecurity company work more effectively. Partner with senior leaders and teams to find high-impact opportunities, validate ideas quickly, and turn successful experiments into adopted tools.
Responsabilidades
- Own projects from idea through design, development, demonstration, and handoff
- Build AI agents and AI-native workflows for teams across the company
- Partner with R&D, product, sales, and customer-facing teams to identify and validate high-impact opportunities
- Monitor research, competitors, and open-source developments, then turn useful findings into prototypes
- Prioritize experiments by business impact, feasibility, adoption potential, and speed of validation
- Set lightweight success measures for prototypes and proofs of concept
- Translate ambiguous needs into technical direction, practical prototypes, and repeatable workflows
- Establish approaches for testing, evaluating, stopping, and scaling AI experiments
- Present project findings internally and at conferences
Requisitos
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience in security research, systems engineering, or a combination
- Hands-on experience building AI agents or agentic workflows
- Strong production-grade engineering skills
- Experience building tools, automations, agents, or internal systems adopted by teams outside engineering
- Ability to turn ambiguous business, operational, or customer problems into practical technical solutions
- Strong judgment about prototyping, production quality, and when to stop pursuing an idea
- Clear written and verbal communication, including presenting to executives and non-technical audiences
- Ability to learn quickly and stay current with research and developments in the field
Se valora
- Experience in a CTO Office, field CTO, or technical strategy role at a security company
- Cyber research background or equivalent experience
- Experience in cybersecurity, email security, security operations, or AI security
- Experience building internal AI tools or agentic workflows for go-to-market, product, research, operations, or executive teams
- Experience partnering with founders, CTOs, or technical leaders on zero-to-one initiatives
