Build and optimize production-ready AI systems, including LLM agents, retrieval-augmented generation architectures, custom machine learning models, and multi-agent workflows.
Responsabilidades
- Design and build LLM-powered features and multi-agent systems.
- Develop and orchestrate tool-using and context-aware conversational agents.
- Build custom machine learning models for product requirements.
- Design and optimize RAG architectures, embeddings, retrieval strategies, and vector databases.
- Research and implement current AI models, tools, and frameworks.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to deploy AI capabilities.
- Evaluate and optimize model performance continuously.
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of hands-on AI or machine learning experience.
- Strong Python skills.
- Practical experience with LLM agents and multi-agent orchestration.
- Strong understanding of RAG architectures and vector databases.
- Experience cleaning, transforming, and optimizing large structured and unstructured datasets.
- Familiarity with LLM hosting, inference, performance tuning, and monitoring.
- Experience building and integrating APIs, such as FastAPI.
Se valora
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning and optimization techniques such as LoRA, QLoRA, PPO, or GRPO.
- Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with deployment pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of data privacy and security in AI applications.
