Responsabilidades
- Develop scalable internal platforms and AI-powered tools end to end.
- Translate complex workflows and requirements into reliable software.
- Build and operate agentic systems and AI workflows in production.
- Make architecture decisions and drive technical execution.
- Maintain high engineering standards through code reviews and quality practices.
- Collaborate with security researchers and technical users.
- Mentor other developers.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of software development experience, including delivery of production systems.
- Strong Python skills, including asyncio, modern typing, and pytest.
- Production experience with Playwright.
- Experience building and operating agentic or LLM-powered systems that plan, use tools, and execute multi-step tasks.
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, Anthropic Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, or DSPy.
- Experience creating evaluations and guardrails for AI quality and reliability.
- Experience leading development work through estimation, task breakdown, code review, and mentoring.
- Experience building internal tools for technical or expert users.
