Responsabilidades
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify operational challenges and define success metrics.
- Translate open-ended business needs into practical, scalable technology solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent agents integrated with enterprise systems.
- Own AI solution lifecycles from requirements and architecture through implementation, deployment, and optimization.
- Evaluate solutions using real-world data and improve performance and business impact.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, information security, and operational excellence in production environments.
- Use modern AI development tools and frameworks to accelerate delivery and innovation.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 4 years of experience in software development or other technical roles involving complex problem-solving.
- Strong knowledge of software design, system architecture, and distributed systems.
- Experience developing and operating production applications and services.
- Familiarity with modern AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent tools.
- Experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, automation platforms, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, or conversational AI.
