Develop scalable, production-grade systems and products using AI throughout the software lifecycle. Work closely with product, UX, and data teams in an AI-native engineering environment.
Responsabilidades
- Own end-to-end development of AI-powered systems and products from architecture through production.
- Design and build scalable backend services, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
- Apply AI tools throughout development, including coding, refactoring, testing, and automation.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and data teams to translate business goals into production solutions.
- Develop LLM-based orchestrations, agents, and workflows.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience building production systems at scale.
- Experience with backend, full-stack, or infrastructure engineering.
- End-to-end development experience covering databases, APIs, and backend services, plus at least one additional layer such as frontend, mobile, data, or DevOps.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude for code generation, refactoring, testing, and task automation.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Node.js, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Solid understanding of microservices and distributed systems architecture.
- Experience with LLMs or AI services such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Copilot, or Cursor.
- Experience with prompt engineering and building orchestrations, agents, or workflows on large language models.
