A financial organization is seeking a senior engineer to build production-grade AI and GenAI systems, combining backend engineering, LLMs, agentic AI, and cloud-native architecture.
Responsabilidades
- Build end-to-end AI and GenAI solutions using LLMs and agent frameworks
- Develop high-scale backend services and distributed systems
- Build RAG, embedding, and inference pipelines
- Design scalable microservices and event-driven architectures
- Develop AI infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker
- Build internal developer tools and shared AI platform capabilities
- Integrate observability, security, and governance into AI systems
- Work with CI/CD, streaming, queues, and complex production environments
Requisitos
- At least 8 years of production software development experience
- At least 5 years of experience with Python and JavaScript or TypeScript
- Strong Python skills, including asyncio, concurrency, and Pydantic
- At least 3 years of cloud-native development experience with AWS
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, S3, and Lambda
- At least 4 years designing microservices, distributed backend systems, and event-driven architectures
- Experience with CI/CD, observability, data streaming, and messaging or queue systems
Se valora
- Production experience building complex LLM and agentic AI solutions
- Experience with RAG, LangGraph, and MCP
- AI evaluation and monitoring experience
- Familiarity with REST, GraphQL, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and OIDC
- Familiarity with A2A protocols and advanced AI architectures
