Join a mobility software company's Data Science team to develop production-grade AI agents and intelligent automation for fleet operators and transportation providers.
Responsabilidades
- Design, build, and deploy enterprise AI agents that automate and enhance high-value workflows
- Own agent architecture, including tool use, memory, planning, human escalation, guardrails, and audit trails
- Create evaluation frameworks covering task completion, accuracy, hallucination rates, latency, and business impact
- Improve agent behavior using real-world usage data and stakeholder feedback
- Build integrations that enable agents to take automated actions on users' behalf
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and maintain production pipelines
Requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience building production-grade systems
- Hands-on experience building and operating production AI or LLM systems
- Strong backend engineering skills with Python, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture
- Experience with REST APIs and external data integrations
Se valora
- Experience with agentic workflows, tool calling, orchestration, evaluation frameworks, or multi-step reasoning systems
- Familiarity with LLM providers, vector stores, MCP, and A2A
- Experience integrating external data sources
