Responsabilidades
- Own AI and agent features from architecture and design through implementation and production.
- Build autonomous agents and intelligent workflows, and manage model quality from experimentation through production monitoring and improvement.
- Design, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud applications.
- Translate business needs into system architecture and implement solutions across the stack.
- Promote technical excellence, product quality, innovation, and timely delivery in a production-critical environment.
Requisitos
- At least 6 years of software development experience.
- Hands-on experience building, optimizing, and evaluating LLM prompts and applications, with structured experimentation across models and architectures.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including SOLID, TDD, version control, and production-ready coding.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, complexity, and computer architecture.
- Familiarity with software architecture patterns such as microservices, CQRS, and event sourcing.
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience designing and building microservices.
