Responsabilidades
- Design and build production-ready AI models, agents, assistants, and reusable skills
- Rapidly develop MVPs and partner with engineering teams to harden them for production
- Define evaluation criteria and measure solution quality, safety, and reliability
- Build rigorous evaluations into AI products before and after deployment
- Compose secure agentic workflows with isolation, guardrails, and operational controls
- Select and integrate suitable frameworks, tools, and models
- Develop reusable AI patterns and best practices
- Consult with teams across the organization on AI initiatives
- Document AI solutions, usage procedures, operations, and evaluation methods
Requisitos
- Demonstrated experience shipping and operating AI agents, assistants, copilots, or reusable skills
- Hands-on experience with modern agent frameworks and developer tooling
- Experience with leading foundation-model provider SDKs
- Thorough understanding and practical use of the SKILL.md skills standard
- Strong evaluation skills, including test sets, quality metrics, safety measurement, and reliability assessment
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience integrating APIs, tools, and cloud services
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
