Responsabilidades
- Design and build secure infrastructure for production AI agents
- Develop agent control-plane capabilities to manage, monitor, and secure agent execution
- Build embedded controls and security mechanisms into AI agents
- Develop reusable services, APIs, and developer tooling for AI applications
- Integrate modern agent SDKs and Model Context Protocol
- Design backend microservices with Python and AWS
- Build telemetry, monitoring, tracing, and operational visibility into AI systems
- Develop public-facing developer tools and command-line interfaces
- Partner with AI researchers to move prototypes into production
- Own projects from architecture through deployment
- Define engineering standards and reusable patterns across the AI platform
- Lead technical initiatives and collaborate with senior engineers
Requisitos
- At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong backend engineering experience
- Excellent Python development skills
- Experience building backend services and microservice architectures
- Experience with AWS cloud services
- Experience designing APIs and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience building AI applications, AI agents, or agentic workflows
- Experience with agent SDKs and familiarity with Model Context Protocol
- Experience building developer tools, APIs, or command-line applications
- Strong understanding of software architecture and production engineering
- Security engineering background
- Ability to independently drive projects from concept through production
- Willingness to work with substantial ownership in a startup environment
