Own end-to-end product development, production LLM features, and internal AI development tools. Work across backend engineering, AI-assisted development, and distributed systems in a full-time, office-based role at a financial group’s Tel Aviv office.
Responsabilidades
- Own product features from requirements and technical design through implementation, code review, testing, and production rollout.
- Use AI coding agents as a core part of the development workflow.
- Design and maintain internal AI development tools, agent skills and plugins, AI-assisted pipelines, and evaluation suites.
- Define and implement standards for reviewing, testing, and securing AI-generated code.
- Build and deploy LLM-powered features, including agents, RAG, tool calling, and workflow integrations.
- Design and operate scalable, event-driven backend services with resilience, observability, and security.
- Lead technical design reviews and architectural decisions for agentic and distributed systems.
- Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor engineers in effective and responsible use of AI in development.
Requisitos
- At least 4 years of experience in backend development, software engineering, or a similar hands-on role.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong Python skills and experience building scalable, resilient, secure backend systems and APIs.
- Production experience with AI coding agents, including reviewing and correcting generated code.
- Production experience with LLM APIs, tool calling, structured outputs, evaluation, and cost and latency optimization.
- Experience with asynchronous processing, event-driven architectures, and microservice patterns.
- Understanding of cloud and DevOps practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and observability.
- Security and compliance awareness, including PII handling, secrets management, and auditability.
- Strong Hebrew and English communication skills.

- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph or Semantic Kernel.
- Experience building internal developer tools, SDKs, or platform capabilities.
- Familiarity with vector search and RAG architecture, including pgvector or Azure AI Search.
- Experience with Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, or message brokers such as Azure Service Bus.
- Experience in FinTech, lending, real-estate underwriting, or another regulated environment.
- Experience with Hebrew or RTL document processing and OCR pipelines.
