Build and own the engineering foundation for an autonomous-agent product. You will work directly with the founder to turn ambiguous problems into reliable production systems.
Responsabilidades
- Own engineering for an autonomous-agent product
- Design and build deterministic workflows that agents can create, refine, and execute reliably
- Develop secure plugin, tool, channel, and skill integrations
- Implement secrets isolation, rollback, audit trails, and approval gates
- Identify agent failure modes and build systems to observe, evaluate, and control them
- Work directly with the founder on product and technical decisions
Requisitos
- Strong fundamentals in distributed systems and reliability
- Production engineering experience
- Demonstrated ability to independently turn vague problems into working software
- Strong judgment about model permissions, failure modes, observability, and secure execution
- Deep interest in autonomous agents and how to make them dependable
