Responsabilidades
- Identify automation and optimization opportunities with business teams
- Design and implement agent-based AI workflows for end-to-end process automation
- Build LLM-powered agents, workflows, and copilots
- Develop RAG pipelines and integrate multiple data sources
- Assess company data quality and address data gaps
- Take AI solutions from ideas and prototypes through production
- Apply security, privacy, compliance, guardrails, approvals, logging, and human-in-the-loop controls
- Monitor AI performance, errors, hallucinations, and drift
- Document AI flows, decision logic, and operational runbooks
- Educate internal teams about AI capabilities and limitations
Requisitos
- 2–3 years of experience delivering AI solutions
- Strong hands-on software development and production coding experience
- Experience with LLMs, SLMs, prompt engineering, context engineering, and agent-based systems
- Strong Python skills and a production-focused engineering approach
- Experience building agentic AI workflows, RAG pipelines, LLM applications, copilots, or intelligent automation solutions
- Experience deploying AI agents, generative AI applications, or automation solutions to production
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, cloud environments, monitoring, logging, security, and deployment practices
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders

- Experience with AWS AgentCore, n8n, UiPath, Make, Workato, or similar tools
- Experience with enterprise AI governance, security, compliance, and privacy requirements
