Responsabilidades
- Partner with business leaders across functions to identify and prioritize AI, automation, and process improvement opportunities.
- Translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions based on business value and feasibility.
- Design, build, and deploy copilots, RAG systems, intelligent agents, and workflow automation.
- Use enterprise AI platforms, AI development frameworks, APIs, low-code tools, scripts, and integrations.
- Prepare and connect enterprise data for secure and effective AI solutions.
- Lead AI adoption by coaching teams, promoting best practices, and supporting organizational change.
- Facilitate discovery, build stakeholder alignment, and act as a trusted AI advisor.
Requisitos
- 3–5+ years of experience delivering enterprise AI, automation, software engineering, or data projects.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders, facilitating discovery workshops, and delivering solutions from concept through production.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, JavaScript or TypeScript, REST APIs, and JSON.
- Knowledge of generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, vector databases, prompt engineering, and MCP integrations.
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Copilot, Snowflake Cortex, or Agentforce, and AI-native development tools.
- Understanding of process analysis, stakeholder engagement, change management, and value-based prioritization.
