Responsabilidades
- Map business processes, gather requirements, and identify high-value AI automation opportunities
- Design, develop, and maintain production LLM, RAG, and agent systems
- Integrate AI systems with existing platforms, data sources, and authentication infrastructure
- Build and maintain internal-facing user interfaces
- Define success metrics and evaluation methods for AI systems
- Deploy, monitor, manage costs, and continuously improve production systems
- Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Write specifications and documentation for maintainable systems
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of hands-on Python development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- End-to-end ownership of production systems from design through post-launch maintenance
- Practical understanding of language-model behavior, context management, prompting, hallucinations, and non-determinism
- Deep experience with RAG, including chunking, embeddings, retrieval, re-ranking, and evaluation
- Familiarity with agent architectures, tool use, MCP, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop design
- Experience defining success metrics, evaluation sets, and regression tests
- Hands-on use and critical review of AI coding tools
- Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party interfaces
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases
- Experience with Azure or AWS, Docker, and CI/CD
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern frontend framework such as React
- Understanding of secrets management, access control, prompt injection, data exfiltration, PII, retention, and audit logging
- Full professional command of Hebrew and English, including written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to turn ambiguous requests into clear specifications
