Responsabilidades
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven internal tools and agentic workflows for software developers.
- Add context-aware LLM features to existing developer platforms.
- Identify engineering bottlenecks and build zero-to-one AI solutions.
- Architect LLM orchestration layers using custom skills, tool calling, MCP integrations, memory management, and RAG.
- Evaluate and adopt effective AI models, APIs, and open-source techniques using a framework-agnostic approach.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 4 years of hands-on software engineering experience with strong Python development experience.
- Production experience building and deploying LLM applications, including agentic workflows, tool calling, and context management.
Se valora
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated build and test systems.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and modern deployment architectures.
- Practical experience with Git, GitLab, and developer workflow automation.
