Lead and develop an AI software engineering team while contributing hands-on to AI, Generative AI, and LLM-based solutions integrated into software products.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the company’s AI software development domain.
- Provide professional and managerial leadership to AI and software developers.
- Design and develop AI-based applications and capabilities hands-on.
- Lead the development of Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing software products.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, development, and QA teams.
- Mentor and develop team members.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience.
- At least 2–3 years of experience leading development teams.
- Proven experience developing AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into existing software products.
- Strong backend development experience with .NET Core or ASP.NET Core.
- Experience with Angular frontend development.
- Experience with SQL Server and MongoDB.
- Experience developing and working in Azure environments.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end technology delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to evaluate new technologies pragmatically and work independently with strong ownership.
