Join an early-stage founding team to develop AI capabilities, from research and experimentation through production deployment. The full-time role is based in the Tel Aviv area.
Responsabilidades
- Research, design, and build LLM-based and other AI systems, from experiments to production.
- Train, fine-tune, and post-train models for real-world applications.
- Experiment with model distillation, evaluation, and optimization techniques.
- Build datasets, evaluation frameworks, and experimentation pipelines.
- Explore model architectures and research directions, testing their practical value.
- Own AI capabilities from hypothesis and experimentation through implementation, deployment, and iteration.
- Contribute to AI roadmap, technical decisions, and engineering culture.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, AI research, or a combination.
- Strong software engineering skills and hands-on Python experience.
- Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, or post-training deep learning models.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, transformers, and generative AI architectures.
- Experience with PyTorch and modern machine learning tools.
- Ability to read research, design experiments, write production code, and deliver systems.
- Experience evaluating model quality, performance, and trade-offs.
