Lead the technical direction of an AI platform within a global HR software company. Design reliable, scalable AI infrastructure and agentic systems while helping multiple engineering teams deliver production-ready AI experiences.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the technical direction of an AI domain
- Design scalable AI architectures and production-ready agentic systems
- Define technical approaches for LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, MCP, evaluation frameworks, and AI infrastructure
- Own cross-team initiatives from design through production
- Collaborate with Product, Data, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams
- Define engineering standards and best practices for reliable AI systems
- Drive architecture reviews, mentoring, and technical leadership
- Balance rapid experimentation with production quality and scalability
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and platform improvements
Requisitos
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong backend background
- 3+ years as a Tech Lead or technical leader
- Strong AI engineering skills, including context engineering, agent optimization, troubleshooting, and systematic evaluation
- Excellent system design and distributed systems experience
- Strong understanding of scalable cloud architectures such as AWS
- Experience building production-grade backend services and microservices
- Ability to lead technical direction while remaining hands-on
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
