Responsabilidades
- Own technical architecture and AI direction
- Design, code, and ship the initial product alongside the founding team
- Build LLM and agentic AI capabilities
- Establish engineering culture and development processes
- Work with founders to turn ideas into production-ready products
- Take on broader technology leadership as the company scales
Requisitos
- Strong software engineering and architecture background
- Recent, substantial hands-on coding experience
- Experience building and deploying LLM, generative AI, or agentic AI applications
- Experience with RAG, AI agents, orchestration, tool calling, or AI evaluation
- Experience taking products from concept to production
- Able to work independently in an early-stage environment
