Responsabilidades
- Build responsive Angular frontends and scalable Python backend microservices on AWS with PostgreSQL.
- Architect and maintain orchestration for specialized agents, including tool calling, state machines, structured outputs, memory, handoffs, and audit trails.
- Develop real-time voice-to-action workflows, meeting-brief generation, and conversational agent interfaces.
- Build low-latency event-driven pipelines with Apache Kafka and hybrid retrieval using BigQuery Vector Search and pgvector.
- Create resilient APIs, webhooks, and CRM or ERP integrations for commercial data ingestion and action dispatch.
- Advance RAG workflows, prompt management, context optimization, observability, and regulatory guardrails for compliant AI operations.
Requisitos
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience spanning frontend and backend development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Strong hands-on proficiency with Python and Angular.
- Production experience designing multi-agent loops, state management, tool calling, and RAG pipelines using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, custom frameworks, Anthropic Claude, or OpenAI APIs.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL, vector databases or BigQuery Vector Search, and Apache Kafka.
- Experience integrating voice-driven AI workflows, including real-time audio streaming, speech-to-text, and conversational AI.
- Working knowledge of AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and secure API architectures.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
