Build production-ready software features while using generative AI tools to accelerate development, debugging, research, and daily engineering workflows. Work in a hybrid environment with product managers, designers, and engineers across frontend, backend, and data teams.
Responsabilidades
- Own and deliver production-ready features end to end, with guidance as needed.
- Use generative AI tools to accelerate feature development and improve engineering workflows.
- Apply AI to debugging, technical research, and reducing repetitive manual work.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers across frontend, backend, and data domains.
- Document technical decisions and contribute to shared team knowledge bases.
- Learn new technologies quickly, apply feedback, and support reliable execution within the engineering pod.
Requisitos
- 2–5 years of software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or relevant military technology experience.
- Strong interest in integrating generative AI tools into everyday coding workflows.
- Ability to learn new technology stacks quickly and adapt to changing tools and workflows.
- Curiosity about product context, backend logic, frontend user experience, and data flows.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a hybrid working environment.
