Lead a hybrid team of six designers and unify the experience of three complex B2B products through a scalable design language, governed design system, and consistent workflows.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and mentor a hybrid team of six designers
- Establish structured workflows and improve design-to-development handoffs
- Unify three product lines into a coherent visual and functional language
- Define and govern a design system as the shared reference for design and engineering
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, and engineering on product identity and implementation
- Use AI tools, Figma plugins, and automation to accelerate iteration and prototyping
- Participate in customer sessions and translate feedback into clear design solutions
Requisitos
- At least 6 years of UX/UI design experience for complex, data-rich B2B platforms
- At least 2 years of design management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in visual communication or a related design field
- Proven experience mentoring designers and establishing design processes
- Experience unifying multiple products into a coherent, scalable design language
- Expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and engineering handoffs
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and contemporary design tools
- Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and customers
