Lead product design for emerging AI-native experiences, translating complex technologies and customer insights into intuitive, trustworthy products. Own design from early exploration through scaled delivery and influence cross-functional partners in a fast-moving environment.
Responsabilidades
- Translate frontier AI capabilities, agentic workflows, conversational interfaces, and model-generated recommendations into simple, trustworthy experiences
- Own end-to-end interaction and visual design across the product area
- Create AI-native visual and interaction solutions with high standards of craft and consistency
- Use motion design to build confidence in AI-generated outputs and agentic actions
- Shape the application of AI in the design strategy and create AI-assisted product experiences
- Build functional, high-fidelity prototypes in code to test interactions and align engineering partners
- Establish and maintain design standards across emerging product initiatives
- Partner with user research and design technology teams to ground decisions in evidence and scalable systems
- Organize shared Figma resources and reusable design templates
- Translate complex model capabilities into intuitive customer journeys
- Present design rationale to senior leaders and executive audiences
- Lead workshops, design reviews, and roadmap discussions across product, engineering, AI research, and business teams
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers and contribute to design culture
Requisitos
- 8+ years of experience in product design, interaction design, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction, design, computer science, or equivalent practical experience
- Expertise in user-centered design, systems thinking, interaction design, visual design, and research synthesis
- Track record of leading ambiguous, frontier-stage design problems through products shipped at scale
- Advanced prototyping experience using tools such as Claude, Cursor, and Figma
- Ability to create functional HTML prototypes and work with motion and interaction design
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, including communication with executive stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating rigorous design thinking and exceptional craft
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and influence without formal authority
