Responsabilidades
- Design and optimize marketing and landing pages for conversion
- Own top-of-funnel touchpoints, onboarding flows, and campaign experiments
- Develop hypotheses, test variants, and analyze A/B test performance
- Create web user experiences using visual hierarchy, information architecture, and consumer psychology
- Research user motivations, competitors, and market context
- Produce mockups, user flows, prototypes, and presentations
- Maintain design system consistency across components and tokens
- Use AI tools for prototyping, personalization, and experiment validation
Requisitos
- Proven experience in conversion-focused UX and web design
- Strong visual design skills in hierarchy, typography, color, and composition
- Expertise in A/B testing, experiment design, and UX optimization
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, flows, and UX documentation
- Experience collaborating with marketing, engineering, content, analytics, affiliate, and product teams
- Experience contributing to design systems, components, and tokens
- Understanding of UX psychology, growth experimentation, and conversion optimization
- Portfolio demonstrating UX, CRO, and Growth Design impact on conversion, retention, or lifetime value
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, or similar tools
