Join a Tel Aviv UX team to lead research-driven, end-to-end user experience design for digital products. The role combines UX research, data analysis, interaction design, high-fidelity UI work, and close collaboration with product and engineering teams.
Responsabilidades
- Own the user experience and design vision for digital products.
- Define problems and translate complex requirements into intuitive, functional solutions.
- Map user journeys and structural workflows.
- Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct usability testing and user interviews.
- Use behavioral analytics to validate hypotheses, identify friction, and optimize products.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
- Advocate for design decisions and align cross-functional stakeholders.
Requisitos
- Strong experience in UX/UI and user research.
- Experience conducting foundational and evaluative research, including interviews and surveys.
- Ability to synthesize research into personas, Jobs-to-be-Done, and actionable design insights.
- Strong understanding of human-centered design, Double Diamond frameworks, and information architecture.
- Ability to interpret behavioral data, A/B test results, and funnel metrics.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable design systems and strong UI execution.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, including the ability to defend design decisions with structured rationale and data.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Hebrew language proficiency is required.
