Jones is hiring a hands-on Senior Product Designer to create clear, scalable experiences for complex B2B compliance workflows. Responsabilidades
- Partner with Product Managers to translate customer and business problems into effective product experiences.
- Own the design process from discovery through user flows, wireframes, prototypes, validation, detailed UI, and implementation.
- Conduct UX research through customer interviews, usability testing, comparative product research, and industry analysis.
- Design end-to-end workflows, screens, prototypes, and reusable components for complex B2B use cases.
- Balance customer value, business priorities, technical constraints, and engineering effort.
- Apply and evolve the existing design system while maintaining a consistent product experience.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are practical, clear, and implemented to a high standard.
- Bring customer insights and usability considerations into product discovery and planning.
- Improve existing workflows and contribute to new product capabilities.
Requisitos
- Experience designing digital products, preferably complex B2B SaaS or workflow-based applications.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, problem solving, interaction design, and polished visual execution.
- Experience conducting customer interviews, usability testing, and comparative product research.
- Ability to identify underlying customer needs and translate findings into practical product solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking skills.
- Ability to take ambiguous problems from discovery through validation and implementation.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, prototyping, and design systems.
- Experience creating clear, implementation-ready designs for engineering teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across product, engineering, customers, and customer-facing teams.
- High ownership, sound judgment, and a practical approach to design tradeoffs.
