Join a mature design team building clear, elegant work tools for developers, DevOps, and R&D teams. Own product experiences from research through production, including direct contribution to front-end UI.
Responsabilidades
- Design end-to-end user experiences from research and wireframes through high-fidelity designs and implemented features
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing, analyze product data, and iterate on designs
- Use research, feedback, and product metrics to guide design decisions and define success measures
- Collaborate with product and R&D teams to deliver user experiences
- Ship front-end changes directly and own UI quality in production
- Contribute to and refine the product style guide and design system
- Make complex technical products clear and usable for technical audiences
Requisitos
- At least 4 years of experience designing complex systems or platforms
- Experience designing data-heavy products and making dense information clear and usable
- Experience leading user interviews and usability testing
- Strong interaction and visual design skills with close attention to detail
- Experience collaborating closely with research and development teams
- Expertise with prototyping and design tools such as Figma, Figma Make, Claude Code, or v0
- Working knowledge of CSS, HTML, Git, and AI-assisted development workflows
- Experience with product data and research tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, or Maze
- Strong systems thinking and understanding of component-based design patterns
- Strong English communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant complex product design work
- Ability to adapt, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Se valora
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design or development workflows, such as Claude Code
- Comfort with Git and basic development workflows
- University degree in Design
