Join a fast-moving company building an AI-native people operations platform. You will own end-to-end design for core product areas, turning complex HR workflows and AI automations into clear, intuitive, and trustworthy experiences.
Responsabilidades
- Own end-to-end design for core platform areas, from discovery through launch.
- Research users and personas including HR leaders, managers, employees, and executives.
- Define problems, clarify scope, align on success measures, and recommend design directions.
- Design intuitive workflows and user journeys for complex HR processes and AI automations.
- Create and iterate on flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Partner with product and engineering from concept through rollout and support implementation.
- Collaborate with product marketing, customer success, and sales to align the product experience with positioning.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system.
- Use user interviews, usage analytics, and support feedback to improve shipped experiences.
- Facilitate discussions and help teams reason about user needs and product behavior.
Requisitos
- 4–5+ years of experience designing digital products.
- A portfolio demonstrating problem definition, constraints, design thinking, and impact beyond polished interfaces.
- Strong product thinking, interaction design, user experience, and visual design skills.
- Experience with end-to-end design, including research, journey mapping, prototyping, iteration, and implementation support.
- Ability to design scalable and reusable systems and patterns.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
