Duda is hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape experiences for an AI-powered website-building platform used by web professionals and agencies. The role owns complex product design from discovery and validation through delivery, while helping improve design quality and team practices.
Responsabilidades
- Design impactful experiences for web professionals and agencies.
- Lead product design from problem framing and idea validation through polished delivery.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Content from insight through launch.
- Translate customer needs, business goals, and AI capabilities into product solutions.
- Improve the design system, design processes, and product quality.
- Provide thoughtful feedback and help raise the team’s design standards.
Requisitos
- At least 6 years of experience designing successful digital B2B or B2B2C SaaS products.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong UX and UI craft and meaningful product impact.
- Experience owning ambiguous, complex product flows from discovery through delivery.
- Advanced Figma skills.
- Hands-on experience building, evolving, maintaining, or adopting a product design system.
- Strong technical understanding and experience collaborating closely with engineering and product management.
- Clear communication, strong product thinking, and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
