Perion is hiring a Senior Product Designer to join its Israel-based product teams. You will lead complex, data-heavy product initiatives from discovery through production, partnering with Product and Engineering teams in Israel and Montréal.
Responsabilidades
- Own complex product initiatives from discovery through production-ready specifications.
- Map user flows and define information architecture for data-heavy workflows.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, design specifications, and interactive prototypes for stakeholder review and developer handoff.
- Participate in product discovery, planning, and refinement to embed design throughout development.
- Conduct design QA during implementation and address inconsistencies before release.
- Apply and improve the shared design system when existing patterns do not meet product needs.
- Coordinate with the Montréal design team to maintain consistency and a unified design direction.
Requisitos
- At least 8 years of experience in a product-focused design role, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Experience translating complex technical or business requirements into clear, user-centered designs.
- Proficiency in Figma, including component-based design, auto layout, and prototyping.
- Experience working with and contributing to shared design systems, including design tokens, components, and patterns.
- Ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering throughout the product development lifecycle, including design QA.
- Ability to independently lead complex and ambiguous initiatives in a distributed, cross-functional environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Se valora
- Experience in AdTech or another complex, data-heavy B2B environment.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices and WCAG-aligned design.
