Product Designer – 6-Month Maternity Leave Cover

Join a food intelligence and marketing platform as a solo Product Designer on a six-month maternity leave contract. Own product design across complex data and AI-driven experiences, from discovery through delivery and quality assurance.
Responsabilidades
- Own end-to-end design for multiple product areas, including discovery, user flows, UI, prototypes, pixel-perfect handoff, and design QA.
- Design AI-native conversational and agentic interfaces, generated-content experiences, uncertainty states, and trust and control patterns.
- Maintain and extend design-system components and tokens in Figma and their corresponding implementations in the code repository.
- Collaborate directly with engineers, product managers, marketing, and internal product builders.
- Use AI tooling throughout exploration, prototyping, and, where useful, implementation.
- Connect individual screens to broader user workflows and business outcomes.
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of experience designing digital products.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Figma Make, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent in real work.
- Experience building, governing, and evolving design systems in Figma and in a code repository.
- Systematic approach to designing for scale and consistency while balancing product, business, and user perspectives.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams with developers, marketing, product managers, and internal product builders.
- Strong self-direction and independent judgment in ambiguous situations.
Se valora
- Comfort working in a Git repository with branches and pull requests.
- Ability to implement or adjust designs in code.
- Experience as a solo or first designer at a startup.
- Marketing or brand design experience across landing pages, campaign assets, decks, or product marketing surfaces.
- Experience with B2B SaaS, data-heavy products, or enterprise workflows.
