A global strategy and design consultancy is seeking a Lead Experience Designer for its Tel Aviv experience design team. The role combines hands-on digital design with project leadership, client communication, workshops, and mentoring.
Responsabilidades
- Lead user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing
- Develop user-centered strategies and concepts for applications, services, and digital interfaces
- Translate project requirements into effective user experiences with experience designers and project managers
- Lead, design, and moderate workshops with users, customers, colleagues, and external experts
- Strengthen design culture through idea sharing, feedback, and collaboration
- Mentor and lead experience designers while promoting creative excellence, growth, and accountability
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience in visual identity, motion, and experience design for digital interfaces
- Experience leading projects from beginning to end
- Experience leading client communication on small to medium-sized projects
- Strategic experience and experience mentoring team members or clients
- Professional, current experience with Figma and AI tools
- Excellent spoken and written Hebrew and English
- Tech-savvy, builder-oriented approach with the ability to ship live products and use emerging tools
- Ability to solve complex design problems and turn ideas into practical design solutions
